We've come up with a couple of plans for you to choose from, which will suit your current level of fitness. Both of these plans will be available throughout your city to surf membership period. 

We find that people (including us) tend to overestimate their training a bit, so unless you answered the previous questions accurately using a training log, you're best to choose the easier option. 

you should definitely choose option 1. you have option 2, just in case you advance more quickly. if you don't think either suit you, email us.

City to Surf New Runner level 1 -starts with 3 run/walks a week about 50% is walking-remember if you haven't consistently been doing 3 runs a week, just getting more consistent with your training will be increasing your volume quite significantly. 
City to Surf New Runner level 2 - starts with 3 30 minute runs a week
